CMS is a global force in energy projects, including renewables and energy transition matters. The Singapore office also has particular expertise in infrastructure and construction. The team represents some of the biggest energy and natural resources companies, contractors, developers, and financiers in the market. It has particular strength in construction and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) documentation and energy transition project development, along with oil and gas, LNG and petrochemicals matters. The firm has made a further impression in digital infrastructure projects. Marc Rathbone heads the Asia Pacific energy and energy transition practice, while Gerald Licnachan is noted for private capital investments in energy projects.
