Marc Rathbone is a Partner in the CMS Singapore office with over 34 years of legal experience spanning law enforcement, advocacy, and corporate/commercial practice. He advises clients across the Asia-Pacific region and globally—including in emerging markets and Pacific Island nations—on cross-border strategy, corporate matters, and complex energy and infrastructure projects.

Marc specialises in the energy and projects sectors, with deep expertise across the full value chain of oil and gas, LNG, and petrochemicals. He is particularly active in the energy transition space, advising on renewable and low-carbon energy solutions, including hydrogen and ammonia developments.
