The team is active across a range of complex cross-border transactions, including M&A, project financing, and the formation of private equity and hedge funds. The firm also has a dedicated regulatory and risk advisory practice in the region. The office is overseen by managing partner John Rogers. The finance team includes Richard Siddle who focuses on fund finance and debt restructurings, and Shirleen Tan whose work covers acquisition and project finance. The corporate practice includes James Twigg who handles M&A, private equity investments and capital markets transactions.

Richard advises in relation to Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Bermuda law and has extensive experience of cross-border debt finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, structured finance, debt restructurings and general corporate lending.
Richard has a particular focus on fund finance and regularly represents both lenders and sponsors with respect to capital call financings, NAV and hybrid facilities and GP/Management facilities.
