The corporate practice handles M&A, IPOs, and fund formation, while the litigation team focuses on cross-border liquidations, corporate disputes, and contentious trust matters. Co-leads are corporate specialist Preetha Pillai who advises on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, and litigation specialist Anna Lin whose expertise covers shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, and cross-border insolvency cases.
