Acting for a Ukranian electricity transmission system operator to develop a high level litigation and arbitration strategy to seek compensation for the damage inflicted on Ukrenegro’s infrastructure, assets and operation by the Russian Federation, with the objective of establishing accountability of the Russian Federation and recovery of the damages which are estimated to be between US$3.5 billion and US$10 billion.
