Leveraging ‘strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and real day-to-day reliability’ across the range of contentious and non-contentious work, enhanced by the bench strength of its global network, Drew & Napier LLC is well-placed to represent a myriad of clients on pressing IP litigation, infringement, opposition, enforcement, licensing and distributorship matters. Tony Yeo heads the practice, drawing on experience on the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore’s board as an IP Adjudicator; Yeo is regularly called upon by clients in complex litigation and enforcement matters, including trademark, patent and copyright litigation. Adept in trademarks and copyright infringement is Yvonne Tang, who frequently engages in opposition proceedings alongside management advisory services, bringing niche expertise in criminal raids of counterfeit goods. Lim Siau Wen excels in handling global trademark, patent and design portfolios for a domestic and international client base, notably handling elements of IP transactions such as due diligence, negotiations, distributorship and licensing work. Meryl Koh utilises her dual Australia and Singapore qualification to act in disputes for a client roster in the video games, entertainment and tech space.
