Advising and acting for QBE in relation to numerous claims and investigations involving likely fraudulent and fictitious trades in the commodities market straddling court and arbitration proceedings with a total claim value around $100m.
Acting as lead counsel for Indonesian state owned company, Pertamina in respect of claims and counterclaims in the highly publicised and complex litigation and restructuring arising from the collapse of Hin Leong with a loss exposure in excess of $3 billion.
