Kai Ye Ang is a banking and finance lawyer based in Singapore. He has extensive experience advising major international banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations and sponsors.
His practice covers a wide range of cross-border and domestic financings, with a focus on investment-grade corporate lending, syndicated lending, structured trade and commodities financing (including receivables financing, pre-export financing and prepayments), data centre financing, acquisition financing and real estate financing.
