Claire Miller is a Senior Associate in the Pensions Team at CMS Edinburgh.

Claire advises trustee, corporate and public sector clients on all aspects of pensions law. Claire is a trusted adviser of trustee clients advising on day to day aspects of running their pension schemes, as well as projects such as entering bulk annuity contracts, apportionment arrangements and reaching funding agreements with scheme employers. She also works closely with corporate clients on M&A transactions and on the structuring and design of their pension arrangements.

Claire has a particular interest in investment work and advises trustees and public sector funds on implementation of their investment strategy and implementing developing aspects of the investment regime. She presents at the APL investment essentials course on investment management agreements and transition management.
