Jack provides general advice on the full spectrum of employment law issues including employment contracts, restrictive covenants, disciplinary/grievance procedures, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and settlement agreements. Jack also appears in the Employment Tribunal. 

Career

Jack trained at Blackadders between 2009 and 2011, qualifying into a post within the Employment Team at the end of this training.  He was made Director in 2019 and became Partner in 2024.

Jack is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law.
