Arlene is a highly experienced barrister, well known for her practical and sensitive approach to dispute resolution in the Family Law arena, covering Financial Remedies and both Public and Private Children Act proceedings.

Arlene is a tenacious advocate, who believes in giving a voice to her lay and professional clients, allowing them to participate fully in achieving a fair outcome in all proceedings. She represents parents and Guardians in a wide range of Public and Private Law disputes; and applicants and respondents in Financial Remedy proceedings.

Arlene demonstrates a meticulous, methodical approach to case preparation across the board; whether this requires forensic analysis of business accounts in high value divorce matters, or of detailed schedules of medical evidence in complex Children Act matters.

Arlene is a fluent French and Spanish speaker, having had a successful career in international commerce prior to becoming a barrister.
