VdA’s real estate team is widely recognised for guiding major investment and development projects across Portugal, covering acquisitions, divestments, financings and large-scale construction and regeneration schemes. Department head Miguel Marques dos Santos advises both domestic and foreign investors and developers on the full range of real estate transactions, as well as development, licensing and construction arrangements. Pedro Ferreirinha is well placed to assist with acquisitions, sales, sale and leasebacks and leasing of offices, retail, hotels, and residential projects.
