Work highlights

Advised Remake Asset Management on two transactions marking client’s entry on the Polish market: (i) a EUR 33.5m acquisition from Covivio of a portfolio of four hotels operating under the B&B Hotels brand, and (ii) on a EUR 30.5m sale and leaseback transaction concerning Auchan’s main logistics facility in Poland (Wolborz).
Advised Redkom Development on two transactions with Newgate Investment fund and retail parks operator concerning two large retail parks under development: (i) a forward funding transaction concerning the retail park in Bydgoszcz with GLA of ca. 18,000 sq. m. and (ii) on the disposal of the Ozimska Retail Park in Opole with GLA of ca. 16,000 sq. m.
Advised B&B Hotels on a sale and leaseback transaction with an international institutional investor concerning two operating hotels of the chain.
