Rafal Osetek is a Counsel in the "Real Estate Transactions & Financing" team at Gide Warsaw.

He advises clients from the residential, office, logistics, retail, hospitality and banking sectors on structuring and negotiating real estate transactions, including land acquisitions, acquisitions and disposals of commercial projects and joint-ventures. He assists clients in all aspects of the investment process. He also advises landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial lease agreements.

Rafal recently advised Hines on the sale of Wola Center office complex, Yareal on the sale of LIXA D office building, B&B Hotels and Remake on hotel sale and leaseback transactions, Redkom Development on the development and disposal of retail parks and logistic projects, Epsicap on the acquisition of a logistic project, B&B Hotels and Noho Investment on hotel lease agreements, P3 on land acquisitions, Matexi, SGI, Skanska and Yareal on land acquisitions and residential projects.

Rafal is a graduate of Law and International Relations at the Warsaw University. He is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
