Representing Stoen Operator Sp. z o. o. in proceedings before the President of the Office of Electronic Communication and before the court regarding the imposition on the client as the distribution system operator of an obligation to make its electrical power infrastructure available to telecommunications companies, which intended to use that energy infrastructure to install IT infrastructure.
