Grzegorz Namiotkiewicz specialises in debt capital markets and financial regulatory.
During his career Grzegorz has been involved in the majority of pioneering issuances on the Polish market setting a precedent for future financing transactions, such as the first issue of mortgage-backed securities and revenue bonds in Poland. In recent years, he has advised both the issuers and the arrangers of the largest issuance programmes, involving the issue of Eurobonds and domestic bonds by the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, corporations or local government units. His expertise also covers regulatory matters connected with the conduct of banking activity, licensing and regulatory capital.
