Cornejo ^ Calderón Boutique Laboral strengthened its foothold in the labour and employment market with a team expansion, including the hiring of partner and new practice co-head Daniel de la Vega from Rodrigo in August 2024. The practice group supports clients navigating litigation, internal training and risk management. Labour law authority and name partner Carlos Cornejo Vargas co-leads the team and advises on labour planning, audits and disciplinary procedures. Team co-lead and – as of January 2025, name partner – Cecilia Calderón focuses her practice on labour-related M&A matters, start-up operations (recruitment, compliance, training) and judicial proceedings. New partner Daniel de la Vega specialises in the management and resolution of labour conflicts. Former partners Cintia Santiváñez and Claudia Seminario left the firm in January 2025.
