The team regularly represents clients in administrative proceedings and has experience assisting with acquisitions involving mining concessions. It also advises on the drafting and negotiation of key project and transactional agreements, including share purchase agreements. Rodrigo Prado has longstanding expertise acting for mining and natural resources companies in project financing and M&As. Additional names to note include Oscar Benavides, who handles financing operations for mining projects; and Claudio Ferrero, who specialises in transactional mining matters. Francisco Tong and Diego Pachas draw on experience assisting clients with obtaining permits and licences for projects.
