The practice is led by Roberto MacLean, who draws on over 20 years' in the M&A sphere. He has spearheaded numerous mergers and acquisitions in the past years, counseling local and foreign companies. He also advises international investors in corporate disputes, as well as in investor-state investment disputes. He is a founding partner of Miranda & Amado (1999). Previously, he was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, New York from 1997 to 1998, and at Estudio Echecopar from 1994 to 1996.
