The team is also experienced in conducting internal investigations to address potential regulatory and corporate governance issues. The practice is led by Bruno Amiel, who specialises in corporate compliance and is particularly active in the development of compliance programmes and conducting compliance due diligence. Enrique Felices brings expertise in public law, antitrust and competition compliance, advising clients on regulatory frameworks and risk management. José Luis Velarde focuses on criminal liability, representing clients in complex matters related to corporate criminal exposure and internal investigations concerning potential compliance breaches. The team works across multiple sectors, supporting clients in meeting both domestic and international regulatory requirements.
