Jon Christian Thaulow co-heads the energy & environment department and chiefly concentrates on transaction support and project development. Co-head Stig Klausen Englehart maintains a varied stream of work in the energy space, spanning from regulatory guidance to project development. Rune Svoren is an industry veteran in transactional electricity mandates, whereas Per Aksel Hammer Krog has been active on projects and M&A relating to the energy transition. Inglin Sognnæs adds experience in the renewable energy space, advising on the structuring of large-scale projects. Thomas Svensen leads the oil and gas sub-group with broad activity on field development projects, contracts, and regulatory matters. Jan B. Jansen is a seasoned advisor to oil and energy clients on tax, litigation, and transactional mandates. Trond Lingaas is a key name for oil and gas M&A deals.
