Margaret Langseth Solberg works primarily with transactions and M&A, corporate law and shareholder issues. She has extensive experience within transactions and has managed several acqusitions for private equity funds and industrial players. Further, Margaret is part of the Selmer Venture Capital group with a particular focus area in the interface between law, technology, finance and tax. She works closely with several start ups in connection with financing, regular shareholder issues and structurering of employee incentive programs.

Margaret is specialised within company law at the University of Bergen and has written a master's thesis about shareholders' right of first refusal upon undirect share transfers.
