Arthur Cox Belfast’s employment and pensions offering covers pensions, equality and immigration mandates. The department’s immigration unit specialises in visa applications, while the broader team has developed a specialism in the defence of holiday pay claims. The reputed Rosemary Lundy spearheads the team and has an impressive track record of assisting clients with large-scale restructuring and redundancy programmes and with industrial disputes. Chris Fullerton routinely appears before the employment and industrial tribunals on matters concerning discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing. Madison Bowyer is another notable individual.
