Work highlights

Acting for Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames on the Cambridge Road Estate Regeneration Scheme. This large-scale project will involve the demolition of around 830 homes on the only council estate in Kingston and the construction of 2,500 new ones, together with new public realm and associated infrastructure.
Advising Peel L&P in securing approval to develop a new community of over 1,000 homes at Mosley Common in Wigan. This project, part of Greater Manchester Combined Authority’s adopted ‘Places for Everyone’ strategic plan, will transform the area with a mix of housing, including affordable homes.
Advising Extra MSA on a high value Lands Tribunal compensation claim arising out of the compulsory acquisition of part of Extra’s Cambridge MSA site. National Highways acquired the land via DCO in 2017 in order to widen the adjacent A14 to deal with future capacity constraints.
