In May 2024, Fletchers Group acquired Serious Injury Law Limited; the sizeable group is lauded as ‘leading in its field’. The team’s caseload is formed of high-value and complex PI matters, including those related to major trauma incidents. Caroline Morris splits her time between Bolton and Manchester, has experience acting for claimants in maximum severity cases, and oversees the team alongside Manchester-based Adrian Denson, who is adept at handling high-value PI claims, frequently dealing with complex PPO settlements and provisional damages matters. Southport’s Julia Eyton is considered a ’superstar’ by clients and is an expert in catastrophic injury cases, including spinal and brain injury, as well as fatal cases, expertise shared by Manchester-based Polly Herbert. At the Bolton office, Ben Priestley has broad experience, ranging from catastrophic RTA cases, to matters where foreign nationals have been fatally injured whilst travelling in the UK. At the same office, Oliver Shaw handles complex liability RTA matters and Chris Lecky is also recommended. Team changes include the 2024 retirements of both Matthew Dixon and Tim Walters.
