Colin Murphy

The group at Leigh Day is well-regarded for its strengths in handling a broad array of complex and high-value PI cases. At the Manchester office, Andrew Bradley‘s caseload consists of serious injuries sustained while cycling, while Clare Campbell has a notable travel PI specialism. Elevated to the partnership in April 2024, Colin Murphy harnesses expertise acting for claimants who have suffered serious injuries while abroad. In Liverpool, Kevin Johnson is noted for his ’extensive international practice’ and Steven Dickens is considered ‘a leader in the PI field’; both have vast experience in industrial disease-related cases. Liverpool-based Joanne Candlish is an asbestos claims specialist, as is Louisa Saville, who handles mesothelioma cases. William Broadbent has notable capabilities handling RTA-related serious injury matters in particular, while workplace injury and public liability cases are areas of expertise for Ross Whalley. Andrew Zajac is also recommended. Bradley, Campbell, Johnson and Dickens co-helm the practice. Gerard Horton joined from Serious Injury Law Limited in September 2025.
