Inquiry / IOPC investigation into miscarriage of justice (Andrew Malkinson)| |Tom is currently instructed to act for officers in connection with the wrongful conviction and imprisonment of Andrew Malkinson in 2004. Officers are being asked to give evidence as witnesses in the course of the public inquiry into the events which occurred. In addition the IOPC is conducting a misconduct and criminal investigation into any possible offences or breaches of the standards of professional behaviour during the course of the original investigation. Interviews are expected to take place during 2025.
