Florent‘s commercial real estate team supports clients in property transactions, commercial lease matters, finance deals and disputes. The team is co-led by Jurjen Tuinman, who handles a mix of contentious and non-contentious real estate matters. Tuinman is particularly well-versed in both acquisitions and disposals, as well as commercial tenancy issues. Fellow co-chair David Weinstein is also a go-to for real estate transactions, acting for domestic and international clients on issues such as purchases and sales, (re)development projects and M&A deals.
