
Stibbe‘s project finance team is well equipped to advise Dutch clients on project financing, PFI, PPP projects and financing of acquisitions. The team is jointly led by financing, construction, procurement and regulatory experts David Orobio de Castro, Marieke Driessen, Martin In de Braekt, and Ingmar de Groot from Amsterdam. The team has been involved with major PPP projects such as the A9 Badhoevedorp-Holendrecht and A24 Blankenburg connection over the last few years alongside off-shore wind park financings.
