Work highlights

Advised Air Liquide on project ELYgator, a 200MW electrolyser, which will supply both TotalEnergies’ industrial platform and other European industrial and heavy-duty mobility needs, leveraging already secured renewable electricity from two offshore windfarms.
Acted for infrastructure investment and asset management firm Infranity on its investment of €125m in Energy Solutions Group (ESG), an independent green energy producer in the Benelux.
Advised NRG and PALLAS on the transfer of the permits for a High Flux Reactor to Stichting NRG PALLAS and continue to advise PALLAS on all the legal steps to be taken to realise a new reactor.
