Employment

Buren advises domestic and foreign corporates, with a specific focus on clients from China, on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions. Suzan van de Kam co-leads the team and handles a mix of transactional employment issues and litigation. Fellow co-head Epke Spijkerman assists clients with employee participation law and employment law issues, including advising on collective labour agreements, dismissal proceedings and M&A-related issues.
