A&O Shearman‘s arbitration practice defends transport, technology, and financial services clients facing domestic and international class actions. The team is jointly led by litigation specialists Richard de Haan and Tim Sweerts. De Haan is well-regarded for his work on corporate and commercial litigation, using his background to advise clients on mass tort and collective disputes. Sweerts is key to class actions and mass litigation, leading on WAMCA cases and handling follow-on antitrust litigation, shareholder litigation and product liability issues.
