Loyens & Loeff's litigation and risk management practice has a sizeable team handling complex litigation, including class actions. Bastiaan Kemp leads the practice and is known for his expertise in corporate governance cases and multi-jurisdictional litigation. He is well versed in advising corporate clients, private equity funds and investment firms.
