Six Advocaten

Six Advocaten is a national boutique firm focusing on construction, procurement and real estate issues for domestic clients. The team advises on several different construction projects including the development of logistics centres, multifunctional buildings and housing accommodation. Development and redevelopment matters are the heart of the practice which assists with all aspects of public procurement. Leading on these issues is co-head Erik Verweij who specialises in private construction law and public procurement. Team lead Fabian Horsting is well versed in procurement and construction litigation and often assists multinational and corporate clients, while co-lead and founding partner Wouter Post has specialised expertise in multi-function inner city real estate projects.
