Osborne Clarke oversees the structuring of cross-border real estate and project financing arrangements, and places a growing emphasis on green facilities. Heading the team is the ‘very practical’ Axel van der Staak, who offers considerable experience in corporate financing structures and is also well versed in organising financing for renewable energy projects. He works closely with Marlinde Klein Ganseij, who marries together expertise in real estate, renewables and growth financing.
