Anushka specializes in commercial law and arbitration. Her practice focuses on project development, banking, lending, negotiation and project financing. She has been involved in legal restructuring projects for profit and not for profit organization, negotiations and review of finance and transaction documents and matters relating to taxation and arbitrations. She has also been working closely with national and international client and regulator on matters relating to data privacy, ecommerce and payment system. She has been advising the board as company secretary to a leading internet service provider public limited company and representing the Company in its ongoing arbitration and disputes, assisting a private equity companies in structuring and procuring of license from Security Board of Nepal, advising a dutch company in various matters relating to its investment, availing of foreign loan in local company and advising companies with foreign investment in relation to merger and acquisition.
