Sainz Abogados‘s real estate practice is well-positioned to assist with development, investment and financing mandates, namely land acquisitions, the structuring of legal vehicles, environmental and zoning matters, and sale and financing transactions. The team’s diverse client base includes property developers, lenders, investment managers, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts and private owners. The department is led by Daniel Saltzberg, who focuses on real estate development, financings and acquisitions, as well as assisting developers and private equity funds with asset management.
