Lucía Laganá joined Sainz Abogados in 2021 as an Associate. Her practice focuses on financing and structuring of transactions, as well as restructurings and workouts.

In the transactional and financing area, Lucia commonly represents financial institutions and debt funds, as lenders, as well as corporate borrowers, in their lending operations and guarantee structures, including mezzanine structures.

In restructuring and insolvency matters, Lucía has represented creditors and companies subject to bankruptcy proceedings in Mexico and Chapter 11 in the United States.
