Galicia Abogados S.C.‘s projects and infrastructure department handles both contentious and advisory matters across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure projects, including power facilities, highways, oil and gas pipelines and terminals, and data centres. The team acts for energy providers, multinational companies, oil and gas businesses and financial institutions, drawing on expertise in project finance, PPPs, public sector concessions and project development. The practice is jointly led by a group of capable partners, including Carlos de María y Campos, who brings more than 25 years’ experience in project finance and development, with a focus on the energy sector. Alejandro de la Borbolla is active in water treatment, ports, roads and other public infrastructure matters, while Francisco Fernández Cueto and Antonio Borja focus on energy-sector infrastructure developments. Bernardo Martínez Negrete is noted for his experience advising developers and financial institutions on the construction and financing of projects, PPPs and concessions, while Ernesto Partida and Eduardo García Travesi advise on natural gas, renewable energy and power projects. Luis Manuel Rosendo and Guillermo Parra were both promoted to the partnership in January 2026.
