
Galicia Abogados S.C.'s projects and infrastructure practice group is regularly instructed by developers, investors, banks and government agencies seeking assistance with the development, financing, construction, operation and sale of infrastructure and energy projects. Additional core areas of expertise include the negotiation of federal and state concession agreements, bidding processes and related litigation and arbitration for projects ranging from energy, power and waste management infrastructure, hospitals, toll roads and ports. Leadership is shared between a group of eight partners, comprising: Carlos de María y Campos, Francisco Fernández Cueto, Antonio Borja and Eduardo García Travesi (energy and project finance); Alejandro de la Borbolla (project finance); Bernardo Martínez Negrete (commercial law, life sciences and project finance); Ernesto Partida (energy and infrastructure project finance and development); and Monterrey-based Eugenio Sepúlveda (restructuring and insolvency). Senior associate Alan Rogel focuses on financings, government acquisitions and PPPs; while associate Pilar García handles project finance and public administrative law. Humberto Pérez Rocha left the firm in September 2024.
