Luis Manuel Rosendo, senior associate in the Energy practice, is an experienced legal advisor to developers, contractors, sponsors and banks during the various stages -development, financing, construction and operation- of energy projects, mainly in the power industry and renewable energy-related projects.

Luis is a member of the Mexican Energy Law Association (Academia Mexicana de Derecho Energético) and has collaborated on articles related to electricity, renewables and alternative energy in international publications, such as Capitel and Chambers Global Practice Guides.

He obtained his LL.B. from Universidad Panamericana (2014) and a diploma in Energy Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho (2013). Moreover, he has an LL.M. in Environmental Law & Policy with focus on Clean/Renewable Energy from Stanford University (2017).
