Advised Mexican infrastructure and energy investment trust Xinfra Fibra E, on the refinancing of a $220m credit facility of one of its subsidiaries (Pemcorp), for the operation and maintenance of a natural gas-fired power plant with a nominal capacity of approximately 131MW located in Pesquería, Nuevo León, Mexico, with a 12MW battery system and its ancillary facilities.
Advised Xinfra Fibra E on the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Pemcorp and 40% of the capital stock of Pemcorp Energy from Arroyo Energy.
