Acted as counsel to the National Potato Council in various litigations related to the decree by which the Mexican Government intended to comply with a long-term commitment to allow imports of fresh potatoes from the U.S. for human consumption, detailing a series of mitigation measures that had been agreed to by the U.S. and Mexico in an operational work plan.
