Following the June 2024 departure of Brian Minutti to establish his own firm and José Antonio Chávez‘s departure for an in-house role, the former Chávez Vargas Minutti Abogados renamed itself as Actio Legal Partners. The firm remains equipped to handle a range of finance mandates, including financing contracts, the private securitisation of assets, and the structuring and refinancing of liabilities. It also advises debtors and creditors alike on regulatory matters. Managing partner Luis Fernando Serralonga and senior associate Cynthia Ibarra, are the key names to note.
