Routinely acting on behalf of domestic and international companies, financial institutions and funds., the banking and finance team at Cuatrecasas is well-versed in structured finance, corporate finance, leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions.  The group is also equipped to negotiate project contracts and related financial documents for domestic and international projects. The practice is co-led by León López, who has noted experience advising banks, investment funds and insurers on acquisition finance and debt restructuring transactions; and Gustavo Robles, who frequently handles project finance and regulatory compliance mandates.
