Senior associate

Eduardo Aiza specializes in banking and finance. He has participated in many transactions, advising national and international financial institutions, private equity funds, and companies. He also advises on transactions with regulatory components in the Mexican market.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at a leading law firm in Mexico, focusing on banking, finance and M&A. He also worked as an associate in the Houston and New York offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where he contributed to various transactions in the USA and Latin America.

He recently participated in publishing the Global Practice Guides–Private Equity 2025, for Chambers and Partners.
