The non-contentious practice is active in ship finance, corporate shipping transactions, and ship and mortgage registrations. The practice is led by Jainil Bhandari. A key figure in the team is Clive Navin Selvapandian who has expertise in the contentious , covering a broad range of both wet and dry disputes in litigious and arbitration contexts.
