KLEYR GRASSO provides ‘technical and cost-effective’ advice to public and private sector stakeholders across a wide array of contentious and non-contentious domestic real estate and construction matters. Although she also handles some advisory work, including in the context of lease negotiations, Yasmine Poos is best known for her litigation expertise, and is particularly skilled at defending the State of Luxembourg in procurement challenges with regard to construction projects. Counsel Mélanie Trienbach is adept at handling administrative law-related issues, including on zoning and urban planning as well as public procurement. François Collot, who co-heads the team alongside Poos, has a fairly balanced practice that includes disputes work as well as transactional mandates.
