The majority of Nick’s work is in the areas of defamation, privacy, breach of confidence and harassment. Nick has particular expertise in reputation protection generally, including pre-publication and pre-broadcast advice. Nick advises on related litigation and has been involved in high profile cases that have been issued and reported at the High Court representing high net worth and high profile individuals.
