Position

Triya is a Partner and joint head of the Real Estate and Projects department specialising in social housing and development. She advises on a broad range of property transactions with a particular emphasis on site acquisitions, complex development agreements, conditional contracts and regeneration. Triya has successfully led on a number of large projects including the acquisition and development of a 375 unit scheme in London for a major registered provider, the acquisition of affordable housing units as part of a new Garden City in Kent and the stock transfer of over 400 homes in Suffolk. Triya also has a particular interest in working with smaller RPs and the G320.

As well as this core area of work, Triya advises on telecoms leases, s106 agreements, commercial leases and the development of infill sites
