Taylor Wessing‘s real estate disputes department has deep experience assisting with major development schemes, acting for clients on vacant possession strategies and rights of light. Alongside this, the group continues to advise on dilapidations claims, service charge disputes, and injunctions. Practice head Emma Chadwick advises developers on development risk, as well as during the estate management process. Stephen Burke adds lease renewals and break notices capabilities to the team, while the Liverpool-based Emma Archer demonstrates a similar focused practice. Saleem Fazal left the practice in 2025.
